At Summit Roofing we make the process simple. Most jobs only take 1-2 days.
Residential
We do brand new asphalt shingles on residential homes. We install ridge vents to properly ventilate our roofs, and flashing to make sure critical points are sealed. We use high quality underlayment and place a high priority on being sure our work will last.
Repairs
We repair your roof properly. We’ll make certain any water damage is accounted for and corrected. We’ll find and match your shingles to return the roof to its original look and functionality. If the repair is an insurance matter, that’s not a problem. We’ll send them an invoice and make sure the process is easy for you.
Metal
We install metal roofing, which is a popular option because of its weather resistance and durability. It’s very low maintenance, energy efficient for your home, and has impressive longevity- a quality metal roof installed by us can last up to 50 years.
